Returns & Exchanges

At Powers Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags and manuals included; ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our specialized bicycle fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
